The sale will take place in accordance with the provisions of the Municipal Code (RLRQ, chapter C-27.1) (articles 1022 and thereafter).
In order to comply with Ministerial Order 2021-009 and/or any other measures relating to COVID-19 set by decree, order or otherwise, the auction will take place virtually.
Given the virtual nature of the auction, any person interested in participating in the sale must be registered and have previously sent their payment.

Registration, identification, proxy, and all applicable documentation, as well as payment must be received no later than Tuesday, June 8, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. at the following address: MRC du Haut-Saint-Laurent, 10 King Street, 4th floor, Huntingdon, Quebec J0S 1H0
Registration may also take place in person at the office of the MRC du Haut-Saint-Laurent.
The MRC du Haut-Saint-Laurent is not responsible for any omission, delay, problems connecting or any other element preventing a person from participating in the sale.
