  • MRC du Haut-Saint-Laurent work team

    The MRC du Haut-Saint-Laurent manages its operations thanks to a team of about twenty people. Land use planning, waste management, risk management, arts, culture and heritage, watercourse management, property assessment and the municipal court are the permanent services of the MRC. In addition, some of the staff members are specialised in geomatics, urban planning and home improvement programs. The personnel involved in these services are surrounded by a full support team, whether in reception and reception, administration or accounting.

Since 2021, M. Pierre Caza is the Executive Director of the MRC du Haut-Saint-Laurent. He ensures the fulfillment of mandates from the Quebec government and the MRC Council, and leads a team of several employees.

The MRC is administered by a Council. Normally, board members meet each first Wednesday of the month. Check out the schedule of meetings for the exact dates.

The Board consists of the mayors of the thirteen municipalities of the Haut-Saint-Laurent.
